Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll, and administering benefits.
* Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
* Provide support in employee relations and performance management.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* CIPD Level 3 qualification.
* Preferably hold a DBS check.
* Previous experience working in an education environment is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
