The Role
The Personal Assistant will provide an efficient and proactive administrative, organisational and logistical service to senior leaders. The role requires competent coordination, communication, collaboration and communication skills.
Key facets include email and diary management, presentation preparation, agenda and meeting planning and general administrative duties across the teams. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Support assigned senior leader(s), ensuring upcoming engagements and work priorities
* Manage and maintain diary which ensures a balance between business meetings, travel and lead time preparation and work priorities
* Organise meetings and departmental events, prepare agenda and take minutes / action points for the senior leader(s) as required
* Support administration of the wider Leadership Team including coordination and arrangement of events, as required
This role is a CUK12 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with at least three days based in our Southampton office.
About You

* Be an effective communicator (verbally and written)
* Personal assistant experience at a senior level working within a large business environment
* Experience of making international travel arrangements
* Experience of organising events in house and at external locations
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite in particular PowerPoint and Word
* Awareness of confidentiality of tasks undertaken and use of appropriate discretion
