HR Data Administrator
Hybrid - Solihull Office
Full Time, Fixed Term months

Here at Serco, we are looking for a HR Data Administrator to join the team.
As HR Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records through the employee life cycle. You will be preparing and amending documents where necessary and processing large volumes of employee and organisational data.
You will have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with customers and maintain high levels of customer service while ensuring SLAs are met.
As part of this you’ll:
* Maintain employee records through the employee life cycle.
* Process large volumes of employee and organisational data in SAP HCM (PA & OM) for a large complex global organisation.
* Update databases and complete audits.
* Prepare and amend HR documents and letter templates using tools available (Spinifex).
* Communicate with customers and maintain a high level of customer service.
* Work closely with all HR Teams: payroll, HRIS, helpdesk team, case management, etc.
* Maintain HR organisational structures and positions and support restructures.
* Support annual projects: pay review, AFC/NJC spine and grade uplifts.
* Liaise directly with key stakeholders from across the business and assist in resolving complex data queries, ensuring our HR systems and data are up to date and accurate.
What you’ll need to do the role:
* Experience using SAP HCM.
* Knowledge of the full employee life cycle and employment terms and conditions.
* Some experience of reporting using tools such as Ad Hoc query and Spinifex.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* An up-to-date understanding and application of HR best practice and experience in working with people data and HR systems.
