The Role: People Partner Builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic thought and input to site plans Coaches’ senior leaders to enable great decisions, aligned to our purpose and vision Leads & supports projects in Leadership Development, Org Design, Career Pathways, Policy Development & more Analyses data to develop insights and inform evidence-based decision-making Drives improvements across all areas of the employee lifecycle Delivers change expertise & manages people impacts on projects This role may also be referred to as a 'HR Business Partner' (HRBP), 'Site People Business Partner' or 'People Business Partner' Sounds interesting, what do I need? We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity, is resilient, curious, commercially aware and open to learning and sharing. You should be CIPD qualified or able to demonstrate the equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and ideally experienced in change management. Why should I join the family?
