This role will be an initial 6-month fixed term contract (FTC), with vision for successful candidates to transition into permanent members of the team.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and administration Manage new starter processes, including contracts and onboarding Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure seamless operations Support HR system improvements and key lifecycle processes Skills & Experience: Strong administration skills with high attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure A collaborative approach and customer-focused mindset Experience with HR systems (Workday experience is a strong asset) What’s on Offer: Competitive salary and holiday allowance Generous pension and benefits package Discounts on technology, travel, and more Career development and learning opportunities This is an excellent early careers opportunity This is a hybrid role; the client is seeking candidates who are happy to come into their north of England office 3 times per week.
