About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Ground Maintenance Operative to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a Grounds Maintenance Team. You will be working as part of a team ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for carrying out the following: Clearing Grounds of all litter Cutting of grass and bushes If qualified, weed spraying and the use of chain saws etc. Role Criteria: Willing to work in all weather conditions as you will be working outside Full UK Driving License Previous experience as a Grounds maintenance operative or Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience - preferred but not essential PA1/PA6 Pesticide licence – preferred but not essential As well as the above, to be considered for the role we are also looking for a candidate with excellent time management skills and the ability to co-ordinate with other operatives and contacts, as working as a key member of the Team is essential. You will also have a good understanding for the importance Health & Safety.
