We have an exciting opportunity at our South Luffenham (Rutland) location for a Facilities/Workshop Assistant - being an integral member across both the Facilities and Workshop departments; ensuring close collaboration between the Facilities Manager and Group Fleet Engineer to adhere to statutory requirements and ISO accreditations. What the role would involve: Contractor management - supporting third-party contractors whilst on site, including issuing inductions and permits. Administrative tasks, including organising services as they come due, and the correct paperwork is recorded and filed accordingly. Record keeping through electronic filing of vehicle jobs and inspections of all types. Prepare job cards ready for invoicing, ensuring parts prices reflect the price paid. Consolidation of third-party work sheets into vehicle history files. Gather progress reports of works being carried out by third-parties and inform relevant parties. Liaise directly with customers regarding their bookings, and progress of work within the Workshop.
