Job summary Torbay Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Facilities Helpdesk Manager to join our team. You will be part of a team of 6 managers providing 24/7 service coverage on a rota basis, ensuring the efficient management of our facilities operations helpdesk.Responsible for prioritising and coordinating essential facilities services such as deep cleans, portering, linen room and other operational requests to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients, staff and visitors, contributing directly to high-quality healthcare delivery.
