Account Manager
28-35k + Bonus
Largely home based but it is preferred for candidates to live on the M62 corridor.
Role
* As an Account Manager you will work independently on existing client accounts across all sectors under the direction of an Account Director. You will be responsible for on-boarding new clients whilst also maintaining and developing existing high-profile accounts.
* You will always be required to interact with colleagues across the company and within your team to facilitate the smooth implementation of new car park management schemes as well as ongoing maintenance of existing systems to guarantee the delivery of a positive client experience.
* Account Managers are quick on their feet and assertive yet tactful in dealing with customers. Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision are all important.
* You will be the main point of contact for your customers and you will need to be able to cope under pressure, having multiple asks and customer queries to manage at any one time.
Requirements
* You must have demonstrable work experience in a client-facing role with the aptitude and desire to learn new technical concepts and technologies.
* You will be responsible for negotiating future contracts, solving day to day issues and cross selling the company's other products and services.
* You are expected to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer journey at all times.
* There will be a requirement to perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth implementation of new car park management schemes, as well as ongoing maintenance of existing systems to guarantee the delivery of a positive customer experience at all times.
