Your Responsibilities
* Generate new prospect leads and new accounts via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
* Engage in telesales, face-to-face selling (B2B), negotiations, and presentations.
* Grow gross profit and meet targets as outlined in the Account Manager Scheme.
* Achieve sales productivity and revenue goals.
* Provide high-quality internal and external customer care.
* Offer accurate and cost-effective quotations to customers.
* Prepare weekly/monthly sales activity reports as directed by the Branch Manager.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in proactive telesales or cold calling sales roles, ideally with outbound telesales experience.
* Experience in generating own sales leads is advantageous.
* Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs.
* GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Ability to influence others effectively.
* Full driving license.
