Assisting senior management level people through resource managing. Responsibility includes analysis and reporting on resource allocation and forecast, as well as administrative areas in recruitment and audit related works.
Job Responsibilities
1. Tasks range from understanding quite broad areas of IT Team activities such as those noted below to assist management level people with their tasks and responsibilities in both technical and team focused administrative control requirements.
2. Creating or monitoring the creation of resource forecasts, gathering estimation and schedule requirements from relevant business stakeholders and development team.
3. Forecasting the need for new employees for upcoming projects.
4. Ensuring allocation of resources by reviewing up-to-date project status and timeline.
5. Meeting stakeholders to report on project progress and tackle any blockers.
6. Addressing resource demands of all departments for the project's successful delivery.
7. Preventing losses and inactivity by setting risk management strategies.
8. Tracking project budget and costing requirements.
9. Streamlining documentation processes to ensure transparency.
10. Coordinating the relationships between the team and IT Department from resource assignment and budgeting point.
11. Coordinating the relationships between the recruiting team, development team, and individual Business sections.
12. Handling procedures and control methods of application development processes.
13. Handling external/internal audit related activities.
14. Mentoring team members to ensure good team working practices.
Job Requirements
1. Proportionate experience in the IT industry.
2. Familiarity with software development and resource management.
3. Strong team leading skills in an organization.
4. Quality-oriented and self-motivated.
5. Flexibility in the technical environment and involvement in tasks.
6. Good understanding of mentoring people.
7. Good communication skills with all business users.
8. Understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
9. Understanding of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
10. Data analysis skills.
11. Operating system installation/version skills at a high level.
Additional Details
1. 6 months contract - potential extension after.
2. Hybrid Work - 3 times a week in office.
