The Role: As a Humanities Teacher, you will play an essential role in developing the teaching and learning of Humanities across a range of subjects, ensuring that students are provided with the best opportunities for academic success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lessons to students of varying ages and abilities. Mark work, provide feedback, and maintain detailed records of student progress. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the subject area, and create new curriculum resources. Prepare students for exams and external qualifications. Manage classroom behaviour and implement effective strategies for addressing misbehaviour. Engage with parents and carers to discuss student progress and development. About You: You are a well-qualified graduate with an appropriate degree. You hold a PGCE or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You have experience in curriculum development and working across different age groups and abilities. You possess excellent classroom management skills and work well within a team. You are flexible, creative, and committed to developing your teaching practice.
