We are currently seeking a Business Support Crewing Assistant to join our friendly and exceptionally talented SpM Team. Reporting to the Business Support and Crewing Manager, the Crewing Assistant is responsible for the provision of administrative and business support crewing to the SpM Management Team. The role’s key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Assisting with day-to-day SpM flying programme delivery and crewing issues Organising meetings Managing Excel databases and records Assisting with hotel and travel bookings Answering the telephone, managing calls and taking messages Assisting with New Starters and Leaver Briefs We are looking for candidates with the following: Some previous office experience would be advantageous Previous experience of Leon or knowledge of Pilot Flight Time Limitations (FTLs) would be a significant advantage Previous use of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to effectively prioritise their own work Using initiative when required Someone who thrives in a busy but friendly environment In addition, applicants must be able to demonstrate the Right to Work in the UK.
