The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the buildings/estates to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Degree Holder in Property / Facility Management or related disciplines is preferred.
2. 5 years experience in Property / Facility Management with 2 years managerial experience.
3. Member of CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification is preferable.
4. Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence is preferred.
5. Responsible, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
6. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
7. Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing.
