Job overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Matron to join our Specialist services based in the West Suffolk locality, overseeing our ADHD and Autism teams.
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the clinical, operational, performance, and financial management functions of your designated services. You will work alongside the Associate Director of Operations and hold joint responsibility for financial management, ensuring effective and efficient clinical, quality, and safety performance.

Main duties of the job
As Matron, you will work closely with the locality leadership team to ensure that high quality care is delivered within your services and will provide professional leadership to the nursing workforce.
You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems and support to deliver evidence based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.

Qualifications
* Diploma level/Degree in relevant health/social care profession, eg RMN, RLDN OT, Social Worker.
* Current relevant registration with the NMC or HCPC
* Masters Level Degree or equivalent
Experience
* Clinical Leadership and clinical care
* Involvement in managing change/projects.
