The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking an Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role your role will include: Filing Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards, inputting data and preparing initial letters and documents Distributing post and action workflow via their case management system Supporting case handlers with administrative tasks Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers. Provide telephone support and deal with client enquiries in the case handlers absence. General photocopying and preparation of court bundles and documents. Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to Section Leas / Supervisors. File closing The Person: For this role, our client is looking for someone who is accurate, organised and a team player. As well as this you will also have: Excellent communication skills Good IT skills Great attention to detail Able to work to deadlines.
