What You’ll Do:
* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network, server, and desktop issues.
* Collaborate with suppliers and teams to resolve cases and meet SLAs.
* Identify root causes of recurring problems and suggest solutions.
* Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical guides.
What we are Looking For:
* Basic knowledge/understanding of networking (OSI Model, BGP, VLANs, TCP/IP).
* Experience troubleshooting remotely and using Cisco or Huawei CLI.
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
* Familiarity with ITIL and Microsoft systems is a plus.
