What you'll be doing;
As the ABM and Frameworks Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account-based marketing initiatives and creating robust marketing frameworks to drive business growth. You will work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with key account strategies and overall business objectives.
Developing and executing marketing strategies that focus on target frameworks and public sector accounts and contracts.
Responsible for developing and managing Veolia's framework activity. Your main objective will be to establish consistent and standardised approaches to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness across the framework process.
Establishing a robust framework process, ensuring compliance and governance, enhancing collaboration with the business, driving continuous improvement, and supporting ongoing knowledge management.
Guide the operations, and processes, and influence decision-making recommendations related to frameworks, playing a vital role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and tailor marketing approaches
Design and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimise strategies
Lead the development of personalised content and messaging for key accounts
Manage relationships with external vendors as needed
Stay current with ABM best practices and emerging trends in the industry
