Our Senior Paid Media Executive role is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, award-winning digital advertising agency based in the heart of Brighton. Education Cubed is one of the UK’s leading full-service digital agencies specialising in Higher Education marketing. We work with over 40 institutions, delivering innovative, data-driven campaigns that support student recruitment and brand visibility across multiple platforms and global markets.
The Role
You’ll be supporting the planning, delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other key platforms. You’ll work closely with account managers and senior team members to ensure performance is maximised, insights are shared, and opportunities for growth are identified.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and more
2. Monitoring performance and providing actionable insights to optimise campaigns throughout their lifecycle
3. Supporting strategy discussions with account managers and taking part in client calls and meetings
4. Taking ownership of the day-to-day performance of your campaigns and contributing to overall client success
5. Potential to specialise in a specific channel or area of expertise to share back to the wider team
6. Supporting team-wide initiatives to improve processes and drive innovation across the paid media function
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is confident working in paid media platforms, excited by performance data, and motivated to grow in a collaborative environment. You’ll likely have experience working on campaigns independently, are highly organised, and keen to develop your skills even further.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
2. Understanding of paid media strategy and performance metrics
3. Comfortable analysing data and making performance-driven decisions
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
5. Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
6. Hunger to learn, grow and take on new challenges
7. Experience with GA4, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads is a bonus
