Job Advert : What You’ll Be Doing Developing and delivering plans that attract new and lapsed consumers through emotional connection and desire, you’ll build engaging narratives, journeys and sales driven by ‘want’ as well as ‘need’. It’s about developing and executing a Marketing strategy that drives brand desire and business growth across all our marketing channels. You’ll develop the UK & ROI and EMEA consumer experience with a focus on our DTC channels, skilfully adapting global strategy to localised consumer segmentation and integrated marketing communications across all channels. Working collaboratively with global teams, you will also create and deliver seasonal assets that are fine tuned to the needs of your region and drive powerful go-to-market activations, leveraging data to analyse and influence the product innovation agenda along the way. Everything you do will contribute in building the future success of the Clarks brand in our home market. What You’ll Bring This is a role for a demonstrably credible Marketing expert who must be from a DTC or retail marketing background, someone who understands the seasonal flow and is able to interpret the global story for regional market needs. Data driven to the Nth degree, your insights will have served you brilliantly in the past in terms of delivering powerful, timely and profitable marketing messages across physical spaces and digital marketing channels. What’s more you’ll be as commercially astute as you are creative, with the keenest eye on the numbers your work generates. So, you’ll have been handed responsibility for at least £8m in Media, Social PR, Retail and Wholesale budgets with confidence. Expertise in all aspects of the marketing mix is essential, and you’ll have maximising every pound to deliver the business and the brand agenda, developing strategic marketing plans and seasonal execution plans. You will, also, of course, have the strongest communication skills, allowing you to deliver consumer insights to the very highest levels.
