Halfords Mobile Expert Team Leader
We are seeking a dedicated Halfords Mobile Expert Team Leader to support our mobile team, ensuring high standards of service and safety. This role involves managing a team of technicians, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
1. Support and manage the mobile team to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Prepare vans at the Hub and deliver services at customer locations.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
4. Manage tyre deliveries and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
5. Run shifts on a rotating pattern of 6am-6pm or 8am-8pm.
6. Ensure safety protocols are followed and the environment is safe for colleagues and customers.
7. Train new colleagues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
* Experience as a Technician with a record of delivering quality work within time standards.
* Proven ability to lead and coach a team effectively.
* Strong communication skills and organizational ability.
* Experience in customer service and meeting performance targets.
* Knowledge of health and safety compliance standards.
* IT proficiency and quick learner of in-house systems.
* Valid driving license for at least 12 months.
