Job Description
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and supporting with MP&L related questions and concerns.
Acting as the key contact between planning and distribution, managing customer expectations and giving updates on shipments and potential delays.
Supporting the onboarding of new customer requirements and handling customer requests relating to MP&L; this could include chasing part supply, maintaining stock sheets, undertaking/managing stock counts, material requests.
Supporting projects to improve the supply chain function and maintaining all documentation relating to supply chain processes.
Developing and implementing supply chain KPIs and publish to key stakeholders

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer facing role within an automotive environment.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Strong competency with Microsoft Office.
Previous experience of planning within a manufacturing environment.
