We’re looking for a Talent Engagement Manager on a permanent basis to work in a remote capacity A day in the life of a Talent Engagement Manager at Guidant Global includes… To ensure that our talent (Direct, Group or 3rd Party) receive the best possible experience whilst on assignment with a Guidant Global customer. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include: To oversee and manage a team of Talent Engagement Partners to deliver high class service to our talent and customer base To allocate appropriate Talent Engagement Partner resource to manage new and existing talent across our client programmes To understand all elements of customer requirements and be able to manage the team to deliver against appropriate KPI’s and SLA’s Identify key talents within the team and match an individual’s strengths, experience, and expertise to achieve the desired development of the business To lead on projects within the Talent Engagement team to drive better ways of working and maximise operational efficiency Process all documentation in line with the agreed policies & procedures and ensure adherence to relevant legislation guidance & regulations Provide advice and guidance to Talent Engagement Partners and Supply Chain Partners on the most appropriate ways to resolve queries or issues on their applicant’s On-boarding and throughout their assignment What we’re looking for You will be responsible for managing a team of Talent Engagement Partners across multiple client programmes, so pervious management experience is essential.
