What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Headteacher, with a 0.2 (one day) teaching responsibility for Years 5 and 6 who has the vision to lead our team and an excellent understanding of evidence-informed practice and teaching and learning. A leader who can nurture and inspire us to continue to achieve the highest possible outcomes for all our children.
You will need to be committed to our community and school: a positive role model with the ability to inspire our children and staff to reach their full potential.
We have a team of passionate and talented staff driven by our inclusive Christian ethos, vision and values and have high aspirations for all children in our care. Our children are nurtured and supported to achieve their best through our approach to teaching and learning and our values-based ethos that encourages each of our pupils to think creatively and believe in themselves.
We now need a Head Teacher who will drive school improvement and help us to continue to make learning a life enhancing experience for every child and demonstrate how a commitment to the Christian ethos can enrich their lives.
