Administrative Assistant – Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our team organised and efficient. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including collecting and inputting data into national databases, supporting daily operations, and ensuring seamless coordination within the team.

Main duties of the job
* Working alongside a team of clinical stroke specialists who work within a community setting.
* Patient facing tasks such as telephone enquiries, booking appointments, and patient related administration.
* Team tasks: ordering equipment, writing up minutes from meetings, maintaining rosters and collecting data. General administrative tasks.
* National databases: collecting and inputting data into various databases in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential criteria
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
* Numerate and literate
* To have knowledge and understanding of confidentiality
Experience

* Experience of working as a receptionist/administrator

* Experience with working and managing patient related clerical support
* Worked in the NHS
