Shift Pattern: Working on a rotational basis (shifts 07.30-19.30/19.30-07.30 Monday-Sunday). Please only apply if you can commit to these shift times.

So, What Are We Looking for in a Team Leader?
If you d like to join Routes as a Team Leader in Brunton Park, here s what we d love to see from you:
* Dedication to your client and your team.
* Ability to identify training needs and provide feedback to the clinical team.
* Strong supervisory skills, including carrying out supervisions and spot checks.
* Confidence in managing a client s healthcare needs effectively and efficiently.
* A passion for positive outcomes and a holistic approach to care.
* Experience in tracheostomy care (this is essential).
* Experience with MND (this is desirable).
* Previous experience as a Team Leader in a similar setting.
What Your Typical Day Might Include:
* Overseeing training for new staff members.
* Providing clinical interventions for your client.
* Liaising with healthcare professionals and the Routes clinical team.
* Supervising a team of healthcare workers.
* Managing stock and consumables.
* Administering and managing medication in a timely manner.
* Delivering direct care to the client, including personal care, activities of daily living, and clinical interventions.
