As part of our development in the United Kingdom, we are currently looking for a UK Marketing Communications Assistant. You will report to the Marketing Department and join an international team of more than 30 people. You will join an innovative company and take part in ambitious projects. Job Description The role will commence with an induction and training programme. After this training period, based in the UK and France, your role will include: Translating and adapting sales documents into English (catalogues, flyers, etc.) Administration of the .uk and .com websites External communication (press advertising, internet and other media) Writing and coordinating direct marketing activity (email campaigns, newsletters, etc.) Managing the UK database Updating our client’s websites and catalogues (sales arguments, images, etc.) Creating and managing sales support tools (PoS, in-store promotional activity, etc.) Organising UK events (exhibitions, trade shows, etc.) Operational links to: Marketing Director, UK Marketing Communications Managers, Product Managers, Graphic Designers, UK Sales Director, UK Sales Team Requirements English is your mother tongue, and you have an excellent level of spoken and written French. You have a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Business school degree specialising in Marketing Communications. Entry-level professional experience in a Marketing role would be desirable. Recent graduate profiles will be considered. You have a technical aptitude and a commercial mind. You have good organisational skills, able to define and manage priorities and meet deadlines. You have good analytical, composition and writing skills, with rigorous attention to detail. Current, clean driving licence required.
