Teaching assistant - immediate start

Secondary School Teaching Assistant - Hounslow

We are working with a welcoming secondary school in Hounslow. They are looking for Teaching Assistants to work across KS3 and KS4, helping students succeed in a positive and engaging setting.

Key responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:

* Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Work alongside teachers to assist in delivering lessons that encourage learning and engagement
* Support pupils' progress by contributing to monitoring and feedback
* Build positive relationships with students, boosting their confidence and involvement
* Help with classroom organisation and maintaining a smooth day-to-day routine

For this role, you will need:

* Experience working with children, ideally in a secondary school setting
* A good understanding of SEND and strategies to support pupils with learning needs
* An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
* The ability to commute to Ealing or live locally
