The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will experience all sections of the kitchen, keeping to timescales and ensuring the preparation and delivery of all food meets a high standard.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
* A roll-up your sleeve, get stuck in approach to all tasks assigned by the Head Chef.
* Working collaboratively, ensuring your section meets to timescales.
* Preparation and cooking of meat, fish, veg including hot & cold starters.
* Supporting the pastry section as/when required.
* Ensuring a clean and organised workstation.

Qualifications
* Proven kitchen experience
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
* Experience in meal preparation and presentation
