We are looking for a Sourcer/Recruiter to join the team with our Dundee based client. If you possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple requirements and workloads effectively this may be the role for you. This will initially be a 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and effectively handle workload
Qualifications
• 2-5 years’ Experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
