What Youll Be Doing Managing the Service Managing People Developing the Service People we support What Were Looking For We want to hear from people who share our passion To be successful in this role,youllneed: Essential Criteria To apply for this role, you MUST have: One of the following qualifications and associated level of experience: A QCF Level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adults Management) Wales and Northern Ireland and be registered, or be eligible for registration on appointment, on the appropriate part of the NISCC register, without conditionANDhave a minimum of 5 years experience in a health and social care setting.? A professional social work qualification and be registered, or be eligible for registration on appointment, on the appropriate part of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) register without conditionANDhave a minimum of 4 years experience in a health and social care setting. Be a first level registered nurse on an appropriate part of the Nursing and Midwifery CouncilANDhave a minimum of 4 years experience in a health and social care setting. Be an allied health professional registered with the Health Professions CouncilANDhave a minimum of 4 years experience in a health and social care setting. At least 3 years relevant experience in an operational management capacity1in a health and social care setting, including the supervision of staff and financial / resource oversight. At least 3 years experience in managing the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support within an operational setting. At least 1 years' experience of implementing trauma informed practice within an operational setting. Full driving licence and access to a car which is insured for business use. Consideration will be given to those applicants unable to drive due to a disability.
