As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently managing deliveries, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and assistance to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
* Efficiently manage deliveries as they arrive in store, ensuring timely processing and storage.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for every customer who visits our store.
* Proactively maintain the bakery area by baking fresh goods and restocking shelves.
* Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products, ensuring an attractive and organized display.
Requirements
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized support and resolving issues promptly.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
