Are you an experienced payroller looking for a flexible, part-time position? An established organisation based in North Bristol is seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join their dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for payroll, this could be the perfect role for you!
Your key responsibilities as the Payroll Assistant will include:
1. Handle payroll for three UK entities.
2. Liaise with teams to ensure all payroll changes are accurately input into Oracle Netsuite.
3. Collaborate with the Finance Team, including Head of Finance as necessary.
4. Preparation of a range of payroll related reports.
5. Prepare journals from the payrolls in Excel format for uploading to Oracle.
6. Prepare end of year P11ds.
7. Prepare PSA return and payment details.
To be considered for the role of Payroll Assistant:
8. Proven experience in payroll processing.
9. Proficient in using payroll software, preferably Oracle Netsuite.
10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
11. Knowledge of UK payroll regulations and HMRC reporting requirements.
