The SMB College Group is a highly successful FE college, formed of two merged and reputable colleges – Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. Specialising in land-based, technical, trade and creative arts, we provide an extensive curriculum from Agriculture to Animal Care, Construction to Sport, Hair & Beauty to Care. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray and Brooksby. SMB College Group work with some fantastic industry partners to ensure they provide the skills needed now and in the future.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for a Student Services Advisor to join the team based at our Brooksby Campus.
Working in this role you will be responsible for all Reception duties as stated below;
Taking and directing calls
Completing administrating tasks
Cleaning and organising the reception area
Ordering supplies for Reception
Greeting / signing in visitors
Using a Radio.
Organising lost property
Taking payments for trips
Signing students out and contacting parents
Providing exceptional customer service
Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
