Role Overview

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Proven experience teaching students with SEN, particularly in specialist or inclusive environments.
* Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies, behavior management, and differentiation techniques.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
* Patience, creativity, and empathy to inspire students with diverse needs.
* Enhanced DBS check and the legal right to work in the UK.
* Additional qualifications or training in SEN education.
* Experience working with KS1 students in a specialist school setting.
