Chef de Partie (CDP) – The Trafalgar St James
Part of Crimson Hotels, The Trafalgar St. James, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 5 Star hotel with 131 bedrooms including 3 signature suites, and a number of venues consisting of our unique Rooftop bar and Rockwell that pride themselves in the quality of food service that they provide.
The Role
As a Chef De Partie, you will play a key part in making our guests' experience one they will always remember, working as part of a team that is proud to deliver up to the highest expectations. The Chef de Partie would take ownership of a section in the kitchen following the guidance of the senior team. Chefs at The Trafalgar St James hold extremely high expectations to consistently ensure the utmost distinction on standards of food and services are maintained. This role will assist the Senior Chefs to deliver an exceptional culinary experience through consistency and drive to ensure the service is run smoothly as a team that takes pride in delivering only the best that is possible, delivering consistent service as one team.
The Chef de Partie will be passionate, possess strong communication skills, able to work alone or as a team, and look forward to learning and developing their career.
The Person
An ideal candidate is a person with a clear passion for service. You are able to use your intuition and creativity to deliver a wonderful experience for everyone. The ability to multitask and prioritise is important, as well as the ability to work well under pressure with a broad smile. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, produce quality work and be flexible to work shifts. Experience within a similar environment is essential as well as great attitude, quality and interpersonal skills. We will give you the tools to ensure you are successful in your role.
