Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and new business opportunities.
2. Close deals to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual KPIs and Targets.
3. Produce weekly and monthly reports on sales forecast, pipeline, and activity.
4. Direct selling across multiple product sets and verticals as agreed with the Commercial Director.
5. Develop and grow new accounts.
6. Conduct research to identify customers in specific industries and determine the most appropriate approach to use in each case.
7. Represent the company at relevant trade shows and exhibitions, using networking opportunities to build brand awareness and highlight the company’s products.
8. Gain a competitive understanding of the clients you are working with.
9. Grow your base of potential customers every day.
What we are looking for:
1. Business acumen and commercial awareness with a good understanding of financial systems and profitability.
2. 1-2 years of sales experience in a growth sector, ideally in renewable energy or technology.
3. Customer centricity and experience with dealing with customers.
4. Proven ability to operate flexibly in a complex and dynamic working environment.
5. Ability to work with key stakeholders.
