Responsibilities:
* Document Preparation: Draft contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents. Organize and maintain transaction documentation.
* Searches and Enquiries: Conduct local authority, environmental, and other searches. Address queries from buyers or their solicitors.
* Client Communication: Gather information from clients, provide updates, and resolve issues.
* Financial Management: Handle deposits, payments, and prepare financial statements.
* Administrative Support: Keep accurate records, update files, and coordinate with estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders.
Skills & Qualifications:
