Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Chesterfield
Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing sales ledger reconciliation
Conducting bank nominal account reconciliations
Assisting with payroll tasks
Preparing quarterly VAT reports
Managing quarterly accruals and deferrals reporting
Implementing effective credit control measures
Reporting directly to the directors of the company
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 5 years of internal accounting experience, bringing all ledgers up to trial balance stage
AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent, or substantial relevant experience
Proficiency in using accounting software for invoicing and payment applications
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication skills
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Familiarity with customer intranets/systems for invoicing
Knowledge of financial services industry trends and regulations
Ability to implement cost control measures effectivelyTechnologies:
