As a Cleaning Operative (Windows), you will be expected to:
* Carry out a quality cleaning service ensuring specifications are met and a high standard of cleaning is achieved.
* Undertake all administrative work in relation to processing completed work to ensure jobs are completed within our systems.
* Ensure deadlines are delivered to meet Key Performance Indicators and targets.
* Liaise with and sustain relationships with client teams, partner contractors, service providers, and 3rd parties to ensure good working relationships.
* Keep up to date with developments and good working practices, products, and techniques to maintain knowledge.
* Provide regular updates on progress of works completed to management staff.
* Meet appraisal targets and support the delivery and achievement of overall business objectives.
* Commit to equality and diversity and promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
* Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in a Cleaning Operative (Windows) role, the skills you will need:
* Experience in communal cleaning / commercial cleaning services.
* Experience of cleaning windows on high-rise and low-rise buildings and on domestic and commercial properties using reach and wash extendable poles system.
* Experience of working within the commercial / social housing sectors.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to work.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritise activities.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally, including suppliers.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
* Awareness of relevant health and safety policies and protocols.
* Full UK driving license (manual).
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face, and Email.

Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
