About this opportunity
GJD specialise in the security industry, providing high end detention and lighting systems. In this role you will learn how these devices work to support third party providers and end users with technical queries, as well as the testing the products.
A normal day would include:
-Working with GJD engineering to define and test a solution
-Proposing solutions to field engineers and customers over the phone
-Dealing with engineers and consumers that are experiencing problems when installing or maintaining GJD products
-Using the phone or communicating via email to engineers and consumers
-Supporting the Tech Support Engineers in testing and developing new products and supporting in the roll-out of these solutions
What you could go on to do:
Once fully qualified, you can go on to support the business in a variety of areas and further develop under the Senior Technical Support Engineer. Progression will be offered to the correct candidate.
