Key Responsibilities : Conduct assessments to identify students' educational, emotional, and behavioural needs. Develop tailored intervention strategies and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff. Provide training to staff on psychological best practices. Monitor and adjust interventions to ensure positive outcomes. Advocate for students’ well-being. Qualifications and Experience : Qualified Educational Psychologist with relevant registration. Strong experience in SEN and educational settings. Excellent assessment, communication, and analytical skills. Empathetic and collaborative approach.
