Job Summary:
We're seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to streamline operations across departments, enabling our teams to work more efficiently and stay focused on high-value activities. This critical role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and supporting the sales team, ultimately driving our long-term growth and vision. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain excellent communication, and ensure attention to detail will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and improving internal processes.
Overall Role Purpose:
The overall purpose of this role is to act as the oil between the different departments in the business and to enable each team to run faster. This support role will be essential to remove blockages at a management team level through the completion of admin work and follow-up on agreed actions. It will also enable the sales team to run faster and stay in front of customers for longer.
This role is fundamental to achieving our long-term growth plans and ultimate vision. This support role will be critical in removing roadblocks from the management team to enable them to work on higher-value activities that move us closer to our vision faster.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the management and sales teams, including scheduling, CRM management, data entry, and diary management
* Facilitate internal meetings and follow up on action points to ensure tasks are completed on time.
* Manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management and event coordination.
* Maintain organised records, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
