Senior Administrative Officer, International
We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative thinking person to join our Global Recruitment Admissions and Marketing Operations Team. In addition, the Senior Administrative Officer – International role will provide operational support to ONCAMPUS, the University’s foundation pathway provider and act as the deputy to the GRAM Operations Manager.
We are seeking someone who can demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and inter-personal skills. You must also show that you can work accurately and within relevant policies and procedures. You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively; problem solving is a huge element of our customer support.
What you will do:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Act as deputy lead for the Global Recruitment, Admissions, and Marketing Operations Manager and ensure the team is delivering efficient and effective support in line with agreed service standards to internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide operational support to the ONCAMPUS pathway programme, including comprehensive, effective, and efficient administrative support for strategic projects and day-to-day operations.
* Co-ordinate and attend a range of engagement events and recruitment activities (virtual and in-person) for ONCAMPUS staff as well as their agents and students.
* Handle enquiries from across GRAM with a primary operations support responsibility for the International Office.
* Co-ordinate inward visits from students, agent partners, and international schools.
* Carry out regular meeting planning, coordination, and minute taking.

* A proficient problem solver; problem solving is a huge element of our customer support.
* Organised and adaptable, taking a proactive approach to identify process, system, and service improvements through the development of constructive relationships with key stakeholders.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Have excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively to meet business requirements.
* Have a keen eye for attention to detail.
* Be flexible and willing to undertake other duties as required by relevant colleagues.
* Have experience of processing and analysing data sets using multiple systems.
* Be a competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Share Point.
