Simulating the extreme conditions of racing, every component driven at the limit. Before a racing driver fastens their belts they have already spent hours in motion. Immersed in a meticulous simulation of car and circuit. Every aspect of car and driver performance probed and analysed. Behind the scenes are incredible machines built by talented engineers. Could one of them be you? As part of this graduate scheme, you will work on exciting projects and be able to immerse yourself into the learning and experiences of a truly high-performing team. Using a creative, analytical approach alongside detailed design work, you will support senior engineers with large projects as well as projects of your own. Supported and mentored by experienced engineers, you will develop your skills and knowledge, connecting the theory you have learnt into practice.
