The main duties of the role include: Work as a dynamic, proactive and inclusive team manager using an influencing and supportive style to ensure the resourcing team operates effectively. Ensure that the service is portrayed in a positive, proactive, customer focused way. Support the Resourcing Operations Manager and Resourcing Partner to make on going improvements to service delivery and quality standards. Ensure high level engagement by building relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. With colleagues and external partners/customers develop and maintain clearly defined processes and standard operating procedures to help improve the performance of the resourcing service. Be responsible for planning the workload of the team based on a targeted approach, working with other colleagues to constantly review performance and operational delivery and manage resources accordingly.
