* Lead the talent acquisition team, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
* Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their recruitment needs
* Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
* Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talents
* Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations
* Manage and optimise the use of recruitment systems and platforms
* Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of TA should have:
* Experience leading a talent acquisition team
* Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices
* Proficiency in HR software and platforms
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
