THE ROLE
We are looking for talented Sales Consultants with innate sense of style and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to join our John Lewis concession in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.
You will engage customers with your welcoming approach, showcasing your passion and knowledge for Hush products. As a motivated individual, you will prioritise achieving KPIs and collaborating effectively within the team.
Please note this will require weekend working.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
* Build and maintain relationships with our John Lewis Partners.
* Maintaining floor standards in line with brand guidelines.
* Support with new product launches when required.
The Person:
* Available to work 37.5 hours per week, various shift patterns across Mon-Sun.
* Previous experience in fashion retail is essential.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and build strong working relationships with our external partners.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* A genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
