Who will you be working with?
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at the LH Group (a Division of Wabtec UK Ltd) based in Burton on Trent. We support our customers through maintenance and operation optimisation with customised solutions for spare parts, repair, and overhaul activities on existing trains.
Role: Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: £Competitive
Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, (DE13 8EN)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:30pm and Friday 08:00am to 13:00pm, 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
How will you make a difference?
You will be responsible for pricing spares, spot repairs and overhauls, booking orders, managing the order book, and liaising with customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
What will your typical day look like?
* Responsible for liaising with customers.
* Responding to customer requests for quotations and enquiries (e.g., Rejections and Non-Conformance Reports).
* Process customer contracts, orders, and schedules.
* Manage customers’ order books.
* Participate in customers’ reviews.
* Liaise with internal departments to manage customers’ requirements.
* Assist with weekly/monthly order intake and sales forecasting.
What do we want to know about you?
* Previous experience in Customer Service, Coordination, or as an Administrator is desirable.
* Able to work autonomously with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* IT literate.
