NMC pin required. Key Responsibilities: Act as part of the Urgent Care team, supporting and enhancing the Emergency Department Service Delivery. Liaise with colleagues and provide effective multidisciplinary team working within the organisation. Provide care and advice to service users using clinical assessment skills and evidence-based practice to deliver timely and effective treatment. Act within agreed protocols, guided by organisational policies and within the scope of professional practice. Work under indirect supervision, accessing team knowledge and skills as needed. Offer flexibility and commitment to the team and work across a diverse range of shift patterns to support service delivery. Ensure safeguarding and infection control protocols are adhered to.
